Erratum to 2nd Edition
With the 2011printing of the book the opportunity was taken to correct a number of typographical and labeling errors. The author acknowledges with thanks the contributions of individuals who have pointed out errors in the book. In particular the author acknowledges the contribution of Makoto Hara of Best Tech Aerospace Engineering (http://www.besttechjp.com) in locating errors during the translation of the book into Japanese.
Important corrections for previous additions of the book include: Chapter 6 Page 125, Fig 6.22. Horizontal axis Loss coefficient, Kv = 10 is displaced to the Kv = 20 position.
